Since 9.6.2023, our Kepong branch office’s landlines have been out of commission. The telephone company, Telekom Malaysia, informed us that they have suffered theft of about 500 “Fiber Cards”, and it would take about 2 weeks to 1 month to resolve the issue.
This is quite difficult for us, as we rely on the landlines for our service. We have written to the local Member of Parliament, Ms YB Hannah Yeoh to urge her to address the issue. (Medan Putra Business Center happens to be in the Segambut constituency.)
The problem affects not only our office, but a number of other units in the Medan Putra Business Center area, including another law firm located on another street nearby.
