For your first meeting with our solicitors, please bring the following:
- Identification card (I/C) (if possible, both husband and wife).
- Marriage certificate.
- Birth certificates and photocopies of identification cards of children.
- List of jointly owned properties.
- Any court papers related to interim custody, judicial separation, bankruptcy, etc.
- Any other documents that may be of aid. (You can consider writing down the chronology, list of events, etc.)
